For being candid and frank,
This is an easy one for me to follow. I've never been one to well people what I think they want to hear. I like to shoot straight from the hip and prefer others to do the same.
Being candid and frank requires a little courage sometimes, but in the end, it is the best way. People might not appreciate this approach at first, but later on they will.
